Adilene Saucedo, LCSW
I am a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. I understand the unique challenges of growing up between two worlds—honoring your cultural roots while assimilating into a society that doesn’t always make space for you. My journey has shaped my passion for helping people heal from intergenerational trauma, build deeper connections, and reconnect with their true selves.
My primary focus is supporting the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community, in navigating the unique challenges they face. I deeply understand the intersection of identity, culture, and marginalization, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where all aspects of who you are are respected and celebrated.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida (FL# SW23340). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing a range of challenges, including substance use, eating disorders, and general mental health struggles. Whether in rehabilitation settings, hospitals, or community mental health, I’ve supported individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the resilience and strength people hold within themselves, and they continue to inspire my work as I guide others toward healing and growth.
It’s truly an honor to be part of your journey—let’s work together to help you step into the life you deserve, one step at a time.
