Individual therapy (virtual in Florida)

In therapy with me, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space where we can work together to heal from intergenerational trauma and address a wide range of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, grief, and past emotional wounds.

I’ll teach techniques to nurture your mind-body connection and support nervous system regulation, while also building emotional resilience, boosting confidence, and developing the skills to navigate life’s challenges. I do have limited sliding scale openings available; inquire if needed.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance provider, I can offer a superbill for you to seek reimbursement directly from you insurance -not all policies offer this option, so verify with your insurance company first.
